STUDIO 3 (The White Room) (Extra Large)

• Standard Rates: £45p.h. / £255 (6 hours*)/ £340 (8 hours*)
• Size: 16.1m x 6.3m (52ft x 21ft)
• An extra large, bright and vibrant premier space. Ideal for large dance classes/rehearsals, workshops, auditions, castings and play rehearsals.
• Exclusive use of the lounge/waiting area can be arranged at time of booking.

STUDIO 2 (Large)

• Standard Rates: £33p.h. / £180 (6 hours*)/ £240 (8 hours*)
• Size: 10.3m x 6.4m (40ft x 25ft)
• A large and versatile dance space. Ideal for auditions, castings and play rehearsals.

STUDIO 5 (Medium)

• Standard Rates: £27.50p.h. / £150 (6 hours*)/ £200 (8 hours*)
• Size: 7.4m x 7m (25ft x 23ft)
• A mid-size versatile space with wood panel walls.

STUDIO 6 (Medium)

• Standard Rates: £27.50p.h. / £150 (6 hours*)/ £200 (8 hours*)
• Size: 9.8m x 4.7m (32ft x 15.5ft)
• Our most versatile space is perfect for music and band rehearsals, choirs, dance, acting and singing rehearsals, workshops, photo-shoots, meetings, castings and auditions.
• 16 channel mixing desk included. Optional backline hires available.

STUDIO 1 (Small)

• Standard Rates: £24.50p.h. / £135 (6 hours*)/ £180 (8 hours*)
• Size: 5.5m x 5.3m (18ft x 17.5ft)
• A small versatile studio space.

STUDIO 4 (Music Room)

• Standard Rates: £18p.h. / £96 (6 hours*)/ £128 (8 hours*)
• Happy Hour Rate: (Sunday - Friday 5 - 7pm only) 2 hours session for £25 including drum kit and 2 amps.
• Standby Solo Practice Rate: £9p.h (#see conditions below)
• Standby Drum Solo Practice Rate: £12p.h includes use of drum kit (*see conditions below)
• Size: 4.9m x 4.9m (16ft x 16ft)
• This studio does not contain a mirror and is not available for dance.
• A music rehearsal room suitable for band rehearsals, singers and instrumentalists.
• 16 channel mixing desk included. Optional backline hires available.

#STUDIO 4 STANDBY CONDITIONS

Available Sunday through Friday between 10am & 6pm. Can only be booked one day in advance. Payment due in full at time of booking. Only one person permitted inside the studio for the duration of the booking. No changes permitted once booked. Walk-ins on the day accepted subject to availability.

• * The bulk hire price only applies to single bookings that are at least six hours in length. It does not apply when making several shorter bookings. For example, you could book one session from 12 - 6pm, to get the discount but not three sessions on different days each from 6 - 8pm.
